Actually, this is a general Excel add-in that I have written a few years ago... it adds an extra menu to the Excel menu bar.

You can edit text like combining, change case, add/remove characters, remove hyperlinks in all selected cells, save selected range as HTML (and many other tools to mention here)

Hopefully you can use it to make your tasks easier, like managing your users, data etc.

It's not exactly a specific tool for webmasters but it may come in handy.

What kind of language you use to write the plug-in?

I use VBA (visual basic for applications) .................. the tools are actually a collection of macros that i wrote and packaged as an add-in.
