Mind to recommend any good/user friendly animation (gif/flash) banner maker to create attractive and professional look banner? (somethg like banner posted by neowave and exabyte here)

most designer used Adobe Image Ready to create a good animated .gif banner.
It wasn't hard to use btw. Sooo, easy for me

I do all my banners and graphics with Photoshop. If i need animated graphics, I'll use Jasc Animation Shop or Swish.
