I'm not sure which one is the best (obviously I never test all them out), but I use imageshack.us alot.

I use Flock internet browser which enables me to upload pictures to my Photobucket account very easily, so my all time best image host is Photobucket. They place absolutely no ads on your images.

You can also try picamatic.com - is has a very easy interface and allows unlimited uploads in a single click. Moreover, it is obviously faster than the others and has no ads at all.

I would recommend imageshack, photobucket and flickr.
I've never tried the others.

So far Flickr is the best, picasaweb oso not bad.
But depend on what kind of image hosting service u meant.
