very nice and interactive
however, I find the menu acting a lil slow. need to move my mouse over here n there or click a few times before it lead me to other page

the design is not bad dude. keep it up.
juz that if its a real site & not a college project,
try not to use flash on the content. its bad for the search engine optimization.
no point fully flash but nobody comes in. bad 4 d business too.
