hot to create website?, i mean a simple way...

you mean how...lol
simply get a web authoring software like Dreaweaver, Expression, or etc..
well if you dont have one there is a free one called NVU
It is easy cuz What you see is what you get...waht you design will come out there...
but ofcourse this will not get you far....so pick up xhtml and css

macromedia dreamweaver is a gd software and i found it user friendly to use..

i really dont know de different between blog n web pages?
why need to use web pages when we already have blog??? its free..

hmm...i thnk u hv confuseed abit btw these two..

If you want to add new content like a diary entry use blogs. If you want to keep older material accurate and up to date use a web site.

blogs seem to generate more feedback but web sites give a more formal web.

if you have technical background, dreamweaver or frontpage is a good idea to start.
if you are layman (not IT savvy), you may try some CMS (content management system), or if for personal purpose, blogspot or blogger should be a good place to start "having a website".

try to use blogspot..i personally used it...it's the better service that was provided...
