To say Joomla is the best is not fair for other CMS users. Altho Im an avid supporter of Joomla, I also believe the Drupal has more flexibility and edged Joomla in ACL issues.

i'm not use lot of others plug-in but few in common with you guy + one hack from fuqaha it self.
