yup.. graphics need to change to look more professional as the hosting war is very tight outside.. so ppl normally choose something that very nice to look.. try web2.0 concept design.. it is popular now.

not sure about IE, but in FF, all the alignment seems a bit off :P anyway, it could be improve and the font in the graphic (banners) make it as clear as possible and dun blur it unless u purposely want to have that effect

yalar ... in firefox the alignment all goes bad lioa.... many ppl starting to use firefox now...

the overall navigation is good but the coloring scheme seem to be bad.. coz the whole site is red... there no one focus area for the eye and red+yellow+white make it look dull abit....

btw... iframe is definately not seo friendly....

when a website is promoted, sure there's compliment or critics. but since you're telling us that u've satisfied with the design, i shouldnt say much on it.

But i will still say.. lol!!

the design allignment, position placing, and those are nearby to the standard business website, but the color scheme cause the website become abit "novice" and "dull" for a hosting company, usually hosting company using clean n clear design as can make visitors feel comfortable.

graphic abit dull and it looks like u guy are just simply design as long as it got a graphic there, never think of using it to attract someone to click on it.

then, typography really nid to improve more. Guess it's probably because of the colors, so make it looks abit mess in the homepage, then "Contact Us", abit blank and ...definately looking like a novice's design lo.

Anyway, the pricing pages are good enough. But improvement can still be done.


So,to make it professional, use the same allignment/position placing of ur current design, change to lighter color (the color can refer to any web hosting big company), the font make it smaller, graphic make it nicer abit, by using purely basic html, u still can use the surface to bluff ppl like it's professional scripting 1..lol..

i don't know bro. research shows that the environments in which services are sold are often more important than the services themselves. try looking at other major isp websites. try copying their sites *exactly*. *then* mold it into your own design. see how they all use white backgrounds and avoid those cheap photoshop effects. a man once told me that good design requires that you try a million different combinations of things that are really simple. your heart will tell you when you've got it right.

Kinda funny when you said 'satisfied' but will you give 110% for customer service despite your less than 110% desire for cross-broswer compatability, eye-candy etc?
