Layer on Flash
Let's say you have a flash movie, how do you display a html layer on the flash movie? For example, drop down menus over (on top of) a flash movie...??

Try to use z-index.
Actually, by default, a html "layer" should be above Flash or any other <object> tags. Just that IE got a stupid bug which the <object> always positioned above anything. In Mozilla and Opera, there's no this problem.
