saya nak tanya beberapa perkara ttg WAP nie...

1. saya ader jumpe satu tutorial mudah... ni URL nyerr... http://www.wap-uk.com/Developers/Tutorial.htm ... dlm tutorial tuh... ader beberapa cth coding yg mudah difahami... tapi prob nyerr... saya nak save kan coding tersebut sbg .xml or .wml

sebab nyerr... kat situ ader namer file xml >> wml_1.1.xml... so nak save sbg per ekk??...


2. kite nak save kan file tuh dlm root directory kite nyer serber ker??? ker camner ekk???


3. camner kite nak tengok output dier... cam biasa jer ker... guna http://127.0.0.1/bla...bla/cth.wml or guna localhost ??? ker camner plak???

sowi mebe soklan saya ni mudah tapi memang saya baru nak blajar programming WML nie... info ttg WAP saya dah tau dah sesikit... tapi ni ler nak mula kan coding nyer... try & error...

ok ... salah pahaman sila larr tegur yerrr...

aku tak amik tau perkembangan wap nih... tapi aku try answer question ko laa..

1. utk ko jadi kan file *.wml or *.xml ker ko pakai notepad pon boleh tapi masa nak save tuh jgn laa ko pilih text document.. ko pilih laa all files.. jalan mudah ko cari laa dia punya programing editor.. try try laa surf kat download.com tuh

2. regarding with ur output tuh.. ko kena save kan file ko kat www dir.. aku tatau ko pakai seber ape.. kalo windows with apache dayak.. sumbat kat htdocs directory..

3. pastu utk view ko punya work just type http://localhost.. tak payah on modem pon boleh view.. utk elakn pembaziran.. hihi

sorry coz lambat balas msg ni ... melalui pengalaman .. saya selalunya save dalam *.wml. tentang server pulak , setau saya dimana mana pon boleh , saya telah menggunakan server f2s untuk memaparkan wap. untuk view , kalau takde henset , u boleh try view kat www.tagtag.com.

sedey nyerrr... saya dah buat coding WML... sume dah settle... siap masuk lam serber directory dah... tapi nak view tak reti arr... kalau view guna browser... dier akan papar cam dlm bentuk tree (keadaan yg samer untuk doc XML)...

www.tagtag.com tuh nak guna tak reti... tapi... patutyerrr saya explore larr dulu kan??.. saya dah dunlod santanabuilder tuh.... untuk WAP Programming... right?? abiss CFM... saya akan try semula WML tuh...

saya ada satu portal www.sbudi.net/portal.. mcm mana nk buat wap web yang boleh retrieve maklumat dr database? saya pakai Ms Access ngan DNSless connection.
Saya nk buat at least, user boleh login and view mesej, view online user. Tu je..

Pakai ASP pun boleh kan? kat mana nak dapat tutorial?

coding same as ur asp just embed something using wap language eg: <card> tags etc... don't add big data coz it may lag ur phone memory

Hi..i'm new to wml.
I read about whit3_cryst4l problem which i face as well. I hope someone can help me here.

I want to ask and confirm :
1. Can i build the wml script using notepad?

2. The script i save will have *.wml?

3. If i save the script in root folder www as i'm using wamp2 with apahce, php and mysql.
Is it wrong?

4. I try to view the output using smart phone browser emulator. But it didn't show anything.

5. If i open with localhost/.../abc.wml , it will only show my script.

6. Where I can find htdocs directory mentioned by spac3bar?
7. I try to use the answer given by hymns but it showed the script in the output if i try to view it with localhost with web browser.
