yeah. asp comes default in IIS installations. after IIS have been set up properly, download php for windows. read the instruction to install php on IIS.

xampp

if i use xampp for php,its can run toghether with iis??i have read some info that i only need to change their port..any comment

yeah. webservers run on port 80 by default. if you have like apache and IIS on the same server, which is not a good practice, you will have to change the port for one of the webserver. is lets say you changed apache's port to 81, the you have to use the url localhost:81 to access it.
