php system with OS platform issue -

Dear All,
Currently my company having a web application which write in PHP, and link with MySql. The server are using Linux, red hat. I am not familiar with linux. Can I take out the whole application, and store in a windows server which using Apache as the webserver? According the the previous IT personel(not so sure also), the system only can run in linux, not windows apache. I would like to know whether this kind of application can migrate to apache? or possible the IT personnel statement is true? |
