Most mail servers will not allow relays, in order to block malicios spammers from using them as relay servers - i've try this smtp.tm.net.my, some time can/cannot.
![]() Currently you are running win2k, if your IIS server on win2k running recent version, localhost should work since it comes with a built-in mail server. Refer to the online help for information on configuring it correctly (www.microsoft.com)

chungss,
be4 u using/try u'r mail server. Firstly you must setting the TCP services for XP. Open your internet connection (IC) eg. dialup/lan. then right click choose properties. after your IC propertise up, then select the advances tab. then check the box internet connection firewall. after that click the setting button below. next step, on the services tab click add button. fill the blank field. Description: MAIL SERVER SMTP/POP3 NAME/IP YOU IP/PC NAME EXternal PORT 25/110 Internal Port 25/110 * do two times SMTP and POP3/ for the best result restart the pc after finish! good luck!~ note: if u'r using build in mail server services, on the services tab just check STMP/IMAPS/POP3 services.
