If your hosting it inhouse, check if the appropriate ports are open. If your hosting with a remote provider, you may need to check with them. Normally, unused posts are closed. That's one reason for your 'server has not yet been opened' error.
I'v never used 'seagate activex viewer' so I wouldn't have a clue either... but try opening the related ports... |
