ok lah aku nak tanya soalan... mungkin kamu semua angap ini hanya soalan bodoh saja... aku seorang yang masih baru dalam bidang ni nak tanya kau orang... adakah kalau kita pakai PHP PC kita terpaksa on 24 jam... adakah kita kena pakai server atau pc umah pun leh... leh terangkan masalah tu tak pada aku....

maaf.. saya tidak menganggap anda seorang yang bodoh,
saya menghargai anda kerana masih sanggup berusaha..

tapi cubalah dulu, bukan sekadar bertanya,
kalau asik tanya sahaja tanpa sebarang cubaan, itu yg jadi masalahnya..
faham tak? so cuba dan tunjukkan apa yang anda dah buat..

Server bermakna = pelayan
dengan menjadikan pc anda sebagai pelayan yg memahami PHP .. php tidak boleh difahami oleh pc yang cuma tahu bahasa dia sahaja, kecuali pc tuh telah ada software untuk paham php..

anda tidak perlu jalankan pc anda 24 jam,
cuma bila nak mencoding, run la server tipu tuh sekejap...
dah siap coding, off laa sware tuh..

If you're going to make your pc a webserver, you can just run it on localhost (which is http://localhost/). You do not need a domain as it is running locally and is not connected to the internet.

ok aku dah dapat free domin untuk PHP di http://www.budihost.com/ apa yang aku perlu buat adakah aku kena upload semua fail PHP aku ke dalam sana, menggunakan ftp...

Yeah, all you have to do is upload your files to the server.

However, it is not a really good idea to have a remote server as a development platform, your going to waste a lot of time uploading your files to the server and testing it. But, it's up to you. Your best options would still be to set up a local webserver and run your files there.

issit the EasyPhp will crash with IIS after installing EasyPhp?
now i using XP Pro n inside got IIS.. so?

i has tried before..
while in XP.. don't add into startup the IIS / PWS.
IIS / PWS is for asp coding / localhost.
just run in when u need.

and then install the easyphp too..
just run when u need it too..
if you run both of the.. of course YES.. it's gonna be conflict between it.. however.. u can set IIS to something different like http://yourpcname ( not really sure ) but i have done before by http://host
and the easyphp is http://localhost

the IIS will auto startup when our windows was running..
so how to edit the configuration for IIS?
i mean disable it, dont let IIS auto run when windows startup..
can set? plz guide..

see the IIS OPTION..
or try look into Start Menu = startup

if still cant.. Start Menu = RUN - type MSCONFIG = startup tab
then untick the IIS

aku dah naik pening dah ni

aku dah dowmnload phptriad....dah macam aku buat tapi masih tak dapa ni

i cant see the IIS at Startup tab..
so that mean its dint run at windows background?
