(macam frame...die tukar frame dlm jer....) adekah macamtu?

ColdFusion is basically a web programming language, useful for creating dynamic, database driven websites. It is something like ASP, JSP and PHP.

However, generally ColdFusion is easier to learn and code compared to the rest. On the other hand, ColdFusion is more resource hungry (needs more powerful server).

tp yg bezakan diorang ni ialah kelebihan memasing...

this is how it works: web page yg static, seperti yg ade .html OR .htm ... what u write in the editor is what u get...

while ASP, PHP, JSP, CFM, dan segala gala dynamic web page programming menggunakan database (or not). mende kite type lam editor adelah dynamic, maknanya tak tentu la ape yg akan kuar... dynamic: berubah ubah... mak aihh.. tak sangka lak susah nak xplain.. hahah

Ni beberapa definitions of coldfusion.

"Cold Fusion is Macromedia's (and before that Allaire's) server-side scripting technology. It supports a range of databases including MS Access, dBASE, FoxPro, and Paradox."

"CFML short for ColdFusion Markup Language, a proprietary markup language developed by Allaire for use with ColdFusion. CFML is a tag-based Web scripting language supporting dynamic Web page creation and Database access in a Web server environment. In the language, ColdFusion tags are embedded in HTML files. The HTML tags determine the page's layout while the CFML tags import content based on user input or the results of a database query. Files created with CFML have the file extension .cfm."

Personally , I would prefer PHP, although Coldfusion is powerful and easier, but the disadvantage is it is a commercial (not open source) technology. Usually, you'll need to pay more (license cost, etc.) to use this technology. Most web host also doesn't support coldfusion, but nearly 99% web host support PHP.
