guide to build e-recruitment page

need some help..how to develop e-recruitment page in easy steps?

* easy means easy to understand....i'm just the beginner maa...want to develop using asp....it should look like jobstreet or nstappointments but not as advance as those sites...that site has basic functions of e-recruitment from both site; the employer and the applicants

There's no easy way to 'develop' an e-recruitment system, however it is easy to get and install third-party scripts.

I dun understand ur point here.
If u want simple one, then submit resume, search, listing, notify... these are the functions must have.
