Sesiapa yg tengah buat FYP dlm .NET di local university boleh hantarkan project anda untuk masuk list di page microsoft malaysia. Page ni selalu dikunjungi oleh syarikat2 dan microsoft partner yg sedang mencari pekerja utk skill yg diperlukan.

Peluang ni adalah baik sbb kalau diorg berminat kemungkinan mereka akan amik bekerja atau beli project tu. Setakat ni baru ada 3 local U kat dlm list tu(MMU, USM, UM)

License or not is not the real issue here, microsoft don't even bother about the system that are listed in that page. This is only the matter of promoting .NET for local student.

You can use Microsoft ASP.NET webmatrix IDE for free because it is freeware and use mySQL as database, or other free option you can also consider like the open source IDE (SharpDevelop) or if you are a geek enough you can code using notepad and compile using C# or VB.NET free compiler from microsoft that are bundle with .NET framework SDK, as long as you are using .NET technlogy u r also eligible to get in the list.

i think microsoft front page also can use asp.net , but i still not try yet..hehhe

hmm, IMHO malay ni suka ter ikut-ikut, bila ramai malay ke open source jadi lagi ramai lah yg mengikut, kononnya trend, walhal dah tak jadi trend dah. Sekarang ni technology .NET lebih di kuasai oleh chinese kat Malaysia ni, so marilah melayu meramai kan dunia .NET pulak, biarlah balance.

.NET programming competition (imagine cup) antara universiti malaysia pun semuanya di menangi oleh bangsa lain especially chinese. Mana gi org melayu, sorang pun tak menang??. Tahun lepas yg menang semuanya lelaki dari Multimedia University(MMU), tahun ni pulak pemenang nya group perempuan dari USM. Wow dasat aa, minah geek tu. Diorg berjaya gi Brazil utk masuk final. Semoga berjaya mengharum kan nama negara.
