Hi,

Is there JSP function that similar to PHP's stripslashes() ? If no, any where to get the code that strip slashes from string?

Thank you.

Oh i remember my pain working with JSP dealing with string and dates is awefully painful..

try their api page

http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/api/index.html

I dont think they have a similar function as stripslashes but you can use their String object methods to do the same.... only painfully good luck

I have searched thru Internet and conclude that JAVA/JSP does not has something like stripslashes(). The alternative is replace() or use Java String Taglib...
