:: make free hosting web ::
hello.., i am new user here...
i want to make a website that can give free hosting to other, (same as geocities/tripod etc..). can anyone tell me where or how can make a registration form and file manager so people can signup and after that use the service immediately and also, how to put ads on every page that hosted under it (as geocities/tripod do)

u may need to rent a web server to have total control over it and offer free hosting like geocities. You can buy pre-build webhosting services software and install it on your web server, or write your own one for that.

Personally I do NOT recommend auto free hosting registeration like Geocities, because you will get A LOT spams and death members. People will just register for fun and forgot about it. I will advice you to examine every application first before aprove.

simple solution will be examine every application and required them to put your advertisement codes in their website.
You can install advertisement management scripts to keep tracks of the advertisements stats.

free hosting with ads? in malaysia? international? i dont think so..
First.. look the fact : 1. Too many free host. 2. If i want to register any free web service (even just for fun), i look into the - a: speed b: support (php mysql? ) or just plain html only? c: ftp? 3. Absolutely no ads! Hehehhe U know what i mean? Ads is s*cks even for newbie!.. Muahahha

I think text ads like Google adsense are still acceptable. It does not take times to download and it does not kacau you.
Of coz, the server must VERY stable.
