the login for phpMyAdmin is read from MySQL users. You need to make a new user in MySQL. For help to create new database user, please refer to MySQL documentation.

edit ur config file on ur phpmyadmin find control user or user only.
Dont 4get put AUTH be4 enter ur phpmyadmin page!
