Design Interface then Bground Coding?
Hello, usually a good webmaster design the interface first then write the background coding (i'm talking bout ASP) or the other way round?
Let say i design the interface first on the dreamweaver.. after all design done, then i write the command of ASP.. is that the right way?

what my ex company do is design first then coding. but strictly speaking, the design and coding should be separate...

yeah. Now i'm designing the web now.. i mean the inteface.. what should be displayed and what shold be write down on the first page.. on dreamweaver so i am right, rite?
