it seems that there is a new worm
attacking phpbb forums...

i dont know what that means...
can someone xplain?

this virus/worm is spearing through phpBB vuln. using google to search nonpatch phpBB forum, then upload itself and change the mainpage.

Yeah, my site was attacked by this worm...it exploits not only PHPBB, but also through the PHP vulnerability in PHP 4.3.9....every PHP and HTML file got rewritten with this worm. I had to delete the whole contents of the site and upload everything again. Sigh.
