Weird PHP Error Msg

Hi, I got this weird PHP error message back at http://www.noorullah.org:

Warning: ob_start(): output handler 'ob_gzhandler' cannot be used twice in /home/noor/public_html/cms/wp-includes/functions.php on line 459

Can anyone tell me what the heck this means? Noorullah.Org is using modified template from Wordpress, and I didnt touch any of its PHP codes!

try modify

ob_start("ob_gzhandler");

into

ob_start();

probably your webserver configuration have" ini.zlib.output_compression." set.
