What problems are you having?

Normally you will gzip the domain contents, mysqldump any databases, sftp them across, decompress, and set up databases.

zube, not sure I quite understand your Malay... you can buy c-panel quite easily online, and download the installation files. I would never advise running any web-server on windows. If you want a cheap solution, use linux, and if you want a professional and reliable system use unix.

PLESK runs on windows machines, but I'd not recommend it. Use an operating system which is made for being a webserver!
