Subquery errors..how to resolve?

I got this error when trying to display information from DB..

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <= , >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression.

/procureplus2/interface/admin/regvend_review.asp, line 178

--------------------
Line 178 refers to:

SET oRS = MyConn.Execute(sSQL)

FYI, DB that I used is SQL2005
