there are four possible options:
CGI, which usually takes loads of system resources and forbidden in most hosting services along with IRC chats. JAVA, which is a little bit annoying because the requirement of Java machine installed on the surfers' system PHP, the most commonly used and with lots of script available, or easy implementation if you code it yourself. ASP, similar to PHP, but obviously requiring a Windows Server hosting to make it run properly. |
