How to install cgi/perl script

can anyone help me..anyone know how to install/use cgi / perl scipt..

cgi perl script are usually uploaded to your cgi-bin directory in text mode and once in the server chmod to 755 in order to get them working.

You also need to specify the lib (module) reference, i.e.
