1. faham apa itu html sikit2
2. faham apa itu php sikit2.
3. faham baca README file dia.
4. faham dimana mahu edit setting file dia.
5. faham apa itu database.
6. faham apa itu kesabaran dan jangan ingat semua bende adalah mudah.

Nak ajar dari A smpi Z mmg xdapek laa...nk install php-fusion nih ko kena langgan server..lps tu install kt root..tp kalu nak try kat pc sendiri pun bleh..ko kena install phpMyadmin,apache,mySQL...run via localhost..jimat xyah pkai tenet..agak2 ko punya site dah gempak baru publish..

i totally agree with wat you said...
in fact i been through all the steps 1 - 6 from ground zero on html to coding with asp....being a windows application programmer back then... i can skip the sikit2 part and make it cepat2.

one tips i would give to you is that copy and modify from all the scripts that widely available on the net.... don't buy a book on php and follow from page 1 to 300++.. its a waste of time... just use the book as reference..

my motto since college year is "is you are not copying... you are not programming!"

if u are kinda desperate for wanna know bout it, there are plenty of those tutorials over the net, u can actually google it, is not like we are selfish and doesn't wanna give you a full explanation for creating something from A-Z, bcoz u might end up knowing little bit or mayb nothing out of it, n btw this is not a tutorial forum FYI

u must try and do it urself 1st, then when u have prob which u cant solve it, bring it out here and everyone of us would be very please to help u out tat's how a real learning attitude should be and tat's where u'll really learn it..

betul tu, kena blaja skit2 dulu, memang ambik masa. takdok orang yang boleh blaja a>>z dalam masa 1-2 jam. ambil la masa 2-3 bulan ke untuk blaja basic

Saya ingatkan saya yg lembab sebab ambik masa hampir setahun utk pandai html, setahun untuk pandai asp, setahun utk pandai MySql dan setahun jugak untuk pandai php. Itu pun masih banyak jugak bugs dan benda yg masih belum tahu. Keywords is sabar dan komited.

hehe, i m even more lembab, during studying period learn html half bucket, same goes to php, javascript and mysql, that was 3 - 4 yrs ago and i was really still doesn't have a solid idea what are these languages real usage, only now within these 2 yrs only i start coming back to learn back html, php, mysql and javascript, coz really developing some web application from scratch and these are the time where i only know understand wat web programming is all about

Saya mengambil masa dari kenal HTML sejak hujung 1999.
Sehinggalah sekarang, rupanya sudah lebih 7 tahun ^_^ .

Apa yang saya ada sekarang ialah :
Html css selengkapnya.
Php mysql dalam 60% (but time is running).
Design apa saje dengan Photoshop. Dan design saya jujurnya (bukan bangga) sudah dalam kategori boleh dibanggakan.
Flash dah lama tinggal tapi saya masih bisa buat animasi sehingga sekarang.
dan banyak lagi yang tidak mampu saya senaraikan.

Lalu, hati saya bertanya..
Mengapa masih ramai graduan universiti dalam bidang yang berkaitan GAGAL dalam menghasilkan apa yang diminta?

Mereka buang begitu sahaja masa belajar 3 tahun?

MINAT ADALAH SEGALANYA

gagal menghasilkan apa yang diminta, yeah~ i totally agree wif u on this mysticmind! nowdays as we all know there's a lot of assignments/projects plagiarism goin on around the institutes, and also somebody even willing to pay somebody to help them complete their project (which i encounter this case before) graduates huh, funny -_-

For me i would say i m not better these guys actually :P coz honestly when i first enter university is also my first time expose to Internet, and of course i am surely addicted to downloading, chatting and gaming like any other one else who made first contact to Internet. Masa tu lah aku ni jenis orang yang mengancam Banwidth campus. LOl, din really study and did much research on what i m studying, all day game, chat, drama, movies! but at least i did my own project! hehehehe...now when think back really a bit regret but well, that's campus life anyway :P
