I need to know,what code should i make,in php of course,to track clicks and commission paid for every click.

I don't really get what you mean
Do you mean to count the clicks on the ads in your website? Well thats prohibited as the advertiser disallow their code to be modified (to calculate counts etc)

afterall, you data may not be tally with the advertiser and you can't argue with them over this

Perhaps, need to explicitly using the web form submisison, and have your own database, i.e. MySQL or MS SQL to store tracked information.
