Hello there,

the site looks good to me.... easy navigation... no broken links... but just few suggestions tho...

dont u have a high resolution logo to be used in the header image? that logo doesnt looks so hard even for re-creating a new one in high res... the rest of the sites looks clean except the header image which the logo quite blurry and not sharp.... but it's still consider as ok.

i dunno about u and maybe you have a reason for it, but if me i will put some background or at least a color for background. Not for the site table itself. the site leave it white but just outside of it. maybe #d6d7d9 or #86a3b2 .... or anything...u decide. u r the webmaster

others are great. good site tho....

I will try my best to make it shaper for the logo and make the "logo cleaner".
For the background colour, I will take your comment into consideration and discuss with my team. I think #d6d7d9 is quite nice.

Thanks for the great idea from both of u.

Thank You

Would be great if i could zoom in for a clearer look of the floor plans, currently they are pixelated and unclear....

also when i click on blog, the layout in joomla messes up, the poll box gets pushed out of the overall layout by the blog items. (I'm using firefox 2.0...)

Overall a clean design, although a little minimal changes from the original joomla template, but it's done nicely, perhaps some subtle background pattern for the page background would look nice?

my 2 cents anyway...

Nice design.

A couple of things:
The copyright notice "© 2007 Welcome to ........" - isn't it the normal pratice to just put the company that owns the copyright .. no need for "Welcome to".

For the "description" tag, need to do some proof reading ... past tense verbs are used unnecessarily

The title tag .. add some important keywords (well, you may start SEO from the beginning)

PS: I did some optimization and keyword targeting for one of my site and within a week, the number of visitors almost doubled. You can refer to this thread >> http://www.webmastermalaysia.com/sea...ts-google.html

well.. other than the commented i wish to add that the body text are abit small for a middle aged and above person to read.... i guess this would be your target visitor whom have money to invest...
maybe you could enlarge the font by 1 point so that it be much friendlier for them to read more and stay longer on the site...

you used the site layout provided by mambo server... so there no comments from me on the navigational links..

just my 1/2cents....

SEO simplified:

1. Think of phrases that web users will use in search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN etc) to search for companies/products/services related to your site. Example: 'sabah developers' , 'developers in sabah' , 'housing project in sabah' etc etc

2. Go to Overture- Keyword Selector Tool and enter some keywords, see the suggestions and how many searches were done for the past month ... choose the ones that don't have not too much competition. The number of searches listed there are for the Overture network (multiply by 7 and it's near to the number of searches done with Google) - this free version tool has just basic "number of searches data", heard that the data might be up to 6months old, not sure tho.

3. Include those words on the pages - title, description, content, footer, <h1> tags etc. The words 'Home', 'Welcome' shouldn't even be in the title and description tags ... the important keywords should appear earlier within those tags, and also the <h1>, <h2> tags.

***********************************
You can also search the web for information on SEO, there are lots of sites with free info.

The site seem to have a narrow target?? The fastest way to gain visitors, since the company may have advertising budget, might be to advertise with adwords, advertise in newspapers, print the web address on business cards etc.

If you want a detailed and up-to-date list, just PM me your choice of keywords, I'll send you the list (with data such as number of searches, number of results in Google ................ and even cost-per-click, no. of google adword campaigns, well, maybe not related to you if you are not earning from adsense)

nice site.
maybe you should improve the logo. the logo seems dull, you may want to make it's line and color more eye catching
