erm..Don't really know how to comment about the designs. Nevermind.
The background of the Navigation if can, not to make it 3-D, so tat can look better with the banner above. Then For the main page, please write more contents about the purpose of the website and what the website can do for everyone. Then, the SALE & RENT, and ROOM & ROOM MATE.. the notice table bg color if possible change to same as the notice's more details' pages (i.e. #8A8A8A and #F7F7F7) I've a suggestion, which can make the website more professional, make a user login service is better for this type of website instead of using delete code. It's better u make the website more secure..as i said, make a login service, whoever login and upload their notice, only has the right to delete their notice. Or mean the "delete" will only appear at the notices that u send when u login your account. Hash
