agreed with iamfreelancer. the website never shows the real purpose or theme. The website looks like used for introducing the company only more than for promoting as a business usage.
for read more, as iamfreelancer said, it's better make it clickable (with hyperlink). User usually clicks "read more" more than click a small tiny buttons. However, overall, the website is considered good for a newhand. Either you, everyone will be impressing with ur girlfriend as well. Good luck ![]() Hash

I'm a big fans of white background and clean, minimalistic design. Nice work.
But compliment aside, here's my thought on how to make it better: i) Remove ads That means no Google Adsense, no pointsmoney affiliate program. It seriously hurt the overall impression of the whole siteii) Get mouse over effect on your navigation. I use CSS Tab Designer 2 (it's free) for some of my websites' navigation. It has prebuilt template and works great: OverZone Software - CSS Tab Designer iii) I think to get a more classy feeling. Try don't use pure black as your main color. Add a bit more variation of grey (perhaps #333 would be fine). iv) Change the font. Try Georgia or Verdana. |

- "Read more" can be further enhanced with the linkage and slightly smaller font, e.g. Georgia etc.
- the layout of the Residential Section is a bit confusing. - Use a single-pixel line as a separator - Add the header/label for the left column - Create the sitemap - If the ads are really wanted, try to reduce the size of the ads. |

well, they already said on what i wanna say about design part. just one suggestion from me aside the design part :
-try to AVOID resizing an image straight from the coding. resize the image properly in photoshop or w/e graphic softwares accordingly to the size needed in your webpage. if it you want to put a big picture at the page. what i mean from the code is something like this : <img src="blabla.jpg" width="300" height="200"></img> while the actual image size for blabla.jpg is 100 x 100. please AVOID this kind of things happen in your next website (or your gf's next site) because it'll make your site looks... erm... well....that's my suggestion tho.... |
