well...you dont even use a single graphic for these website...

em, first 2 website, I got nothing to comment as it just makes me think back of my old time 2ndary life when I was looking at my geography or history test book which never content any interesting pictures for us to see but just words words words.

If you ask for comment about the websites, i will choose to comment about you, you're knowledgable person :P lol.

Then for the other 2 websites, I will say it's very big difference from the previous two. The designs are bout the same compare to the previous 2, definately can see that's came from the same person. But at least, got things to see and share.

Anyway, if you wan me to rate for your website..
talk about creativity, I prefer your company's website its2u.org...at least can see it's graphical looks and feel comfortable although jz using basic html coding.

talk about coding, i'll choose bidayuh.info.

the other 3, mySarawak, no much comment as it's wordpress stuff, so cant judge anything. getshare.us and gothlair, basically they're some websites like youtube that for sharing, so we couldn't say the design is nice or not, cause the point is not on the coding or designs anymore, but will main on what's interesting can see there or something only. Means, if someone upload nice pictures, then everyone will only look at the pictures, so the other things not longer important. So, the only things can talk about their weakness for the getshare and gothlair are their fame. Wish the both website can become popular like those youtube, flickr or something in one coming day.

well kaisology too much graphic only make the user net sluggish..
by the way what graphic for ? unless u can user it.and again graphic only consume bandwidth actually i want it to look clean n slick but still new in css n javascript.

bidayuh.info is a community site. where i don't put much effort on it but still i'm monitor,fix and tweak the code. it's unseen but it work on background using cronjob. optimize the database table n ping it to the site that offer pinging service.

getshare.us. getting ok each day.putting some ads and tweak the code. i have 2ooo and more wallpapers in getshare.us

gothlair.net its a hit in 2006.. but godaddy hosting cannot afford the bandwidth being withdrawn each day so i just close the site for a few months.
now its back.have to tweak the code again seems that it's getting slower n slower

Well, i not meant to use a lot of graphic to clutter your website, effectively using graphic can enhance navigation and easiness of reading of your website, visitor will also find your website more visually appealing and feel it is more up to standard. Your aim to make a clean and slick website is good, but simplicity doesnt meant drop down the quality of website by abandoning graphics, if websites dont need visual design, all web designer can be fired liao.
Just my 20 cent la, I am not meaning your website is not good :P

though a website's functionality is the most important of all. Without any functions, the site is nothing. However if a site has no graphics, it's gave not a good first impression. Well, that also depends on what kinda genre ur site is.

nothing much can be done to this 2 sites especially the search engine. As for the blog, depends on what is ur approach, but for now is enuff using the default layout.

site like this i agree that minimal graphics is best. But still u need to sectionize everything properly and clear. (unless ur purpose is to confuse user to accidently click on ur google ads)

though the sectionize is there and clear, but the color matching is not at its best also the positioning of each those sections are not very good.

Hi suBz3ro, I went through all four of your websites but could not figure out what the focus is at a glance although the domain name does give a hint. Gothliar does make me go bonkers. So I hunt for the "About" page. Unless I miss, only mySarawak.org has one. As for Bidayayuh.info, I think it could do with some graphics, as what the other members are suggesting. Look at Yahoo.com for example. In a way, we are still kids at heart, and some colors really do add life to a page. Isn't that the reason why bakeries add coloring to their bread and cakes? Just my frank opinion, but should I just say, "excellent!" and treat this as an exercise in diplomacy, LOL.

But for functionality, I must give the thumbs up for your expertise. Are you a computer graduate?
