What is the best hosting to start a new website? I need your advise. There are plenty of them out there... I am now just make a free blog at blogger. Do i just buy a domain that cost $10 per year? I am a little bit confuse. Help me..

Quality hosting does not come cheap. However, you can look for those overselling companies in US which offers a lot of "space" and "bandwidth". However, i strongly discourage going for for a hosting company that oversells. If you are hosting a single domain and do not think that you will be using a lot of space or bandwidth but want your website to load fast, you can consider local or regional web hosts. I can offer you a free trial for a start.

The domain cost varies, it may cost as low as a few bucks from a .info domain or much more for other extensions. It also depends on which registrar/reseller you purchase your domain from.

The issue to consider is if your website will be for business use or just fun. If it business usage, i highly recommend going for a reliable web hosting company as that will improve the image of your business as well. But if you are doing a personal website that does not need any reliability at all, any web host is possible. Quality will definitely come with a price.
