I cant say perfect but at least there's not much complain about the surface design. Actually what I want to comment here is not about the design and please allow me to sound some opinion about ur ideas.

You got ur creative idea for this kind of business, new to any Malaysian and maybe overseas. However, I would like to ask, do u have license for doing this business? It's aint a small business anymore as I saw the price list if someone use the special X Y coordinates as their capsule. Nevermind, haha don worry, i'm not checking the license, just wondering and curious only. If you got the license, I'm curious at wat type of business it is considered as actually when u do the registration. If it's really an licensed business, i think it can definately work well if u make more promotion or advertisement on this stuff. Then, if you don't have license for it, my suggestion is try to make it small.

Then talk about assurance, as you never note down anything to contact your company/location in stead of using the enquiries application, so that's abit insecure for customer as they pay money but you can anytime run off with the money ^^ haha..Don't say about this, even licensed company will do it too. So for comparison, these will become more insecure.

Then, talk about the services, in your FAQ was telling, all the pictures will be deleted until 1st of FEB 2011. Then as what I thought, is it unfair for late customers, as they pay at the same rate but their capsules end at the same date with the earlier customers. So for my suggestion is, give a fix period for each customer depends on the date they subscribe and date their service end. such as 2 years for each submission, then if someone buy on 1st feb 2008 then the capsule gone at 1st feb 2010, other on 14th feb 2008, then their capsule gone at 14th...this will be more fair, don u think?

Another I'm definately curious and interested with...haha..hope u can teach the way, how do u lock the source to be viewed? Here got thousand webmaster, but i think the one who know the way is just few of them, and you're one of them. Can teach? lol...

well, about the license thing, it is in progress. soon we will get a license. so this problem can be solved. and again once we registered a license, then we will setup a small company to run this business. so about the assurance as u mentioned also can be solved. cz we will publish our company contact/location on web.

then, about the services, may be it is not clear enough. we will update it and make it easy to understand. because it is like what u said, a fixed period for each customer. but in FAQ the way we write confuse u and make u misunderstand it. sorry about that.

last, the way to lock the source to be viewed is use AJAX technique. u can google it. it is a good practice for u hope it can help u!

haha...don nid to say sorry, I'm not da boss but u're...I just tell u the mistake/problem that might happen or things tat you should care/pay attention at beside the surface design...

Oh ya, please let me know what type of business it considered as when u do the registration, haha..actually i don't mind about license there or not, coz I used to do some online business without license as well..haha..I ask this question because this idea is quite new for everyone, so I'm very curious with the type of business it considered as.

Lol, it's damn right that I'm totally blank with ajax. Too wide for them, have tried to search in google, but everything is talking about open source..haha..can give any clue to search it easily? i mean the title for locking source..anyway, thanks for telling lol..

I like the idea. However its lacking in usability. I was completely lost when I reached the front page. I dont like loading YouTube for the sake of knowing. I rather Scan the page a few seconds and find some important details.

If possible try to project what you are trying to sell on the front page. It saves much much time for web tourist to understand your service, rather than having them clicking away when they should actually click FAQ.

Again, I emphasis on usability.

Is this something like the guy who sold 1 million pixel?
