I think your site needs promotion .The color is dry and the contents looks stange .

Yeah ,The design is ok .But may be you can improve it and make it looks more nice .

in overall, the concept of what you are doing is ok and good. it's also simple.i'm not programmer, basically i'm just a user, regular one. i think it's ok. but if you got idea to make it better, it's always welcome.

maybe the "bright side of life', is that ur motto? it sounds like a website for cancer support group or befrienders. maybe you can change a bit, make it sound more like a job thing,or just dropped it.

for me, functionality & simplicity in this site is ok
