i dont think you need to put the background image (if the client ask for that maybe you could tell him/her that the background image sux .. haha)

the logo is to simple, maybe you could open the logo design for freelancer ... you just prepared the money to pay them (hint: mysticmind told me that average price for logo design is around RM 100, with that price you actually can gain more money lah ..)

other than that, teh wesbite look to simple, less in content .. what else ?

graphically the layout looks so .... amateurly done , (sorry to say that- no heart feeling)
need more glaphical element..., uptodate design,...and lots of references...
