I note that you did not use Dreamweaver to create the pages and that is good. You have managed to avoid the common mistakes all designers who use Dreamweaver make.

1. You have used alt tags.
2. You have put relevant titles on all the pages
3. You did not cut the text from Photoshop as gifs.

You should consider hiding the counter or making it invisible. Try surrounding it with a div class that includes a "display: none" tag in it. If you need more information on this, I suggest you invest in a CSS manual. Always have two for reference: a HTML manual and a CSS manual.

I recommend any HTML manual by Laura Lemay. And for the CSS manual, try and get the one by Jason Cranford Teague. Do not buy any of the 24-hour SAM books -- they are cheap but they have no reference section and lose their relevance once you become more experienced.
