Nothing much to comments. Advice was stay away from those CMS script such as PHP-Nuke. Use your creativity and designing touch.

It is an excellent site, Penangites, especially must check it out!
The design may be common as other CMS, but it is really making full use of the CMS, with many features. A very good example of CMS.

I have a question to all the webmasters, if you want to start a Forums or Portal site, will you actually spend your time to design/program your own, or use a ready opensource one ?
