it's an art gallery. i think it was well suited for that.

people who're visiting an art gallery 'website' aren't the ones in a hurry, so no rush to cut down on graphics. besides, the graphics could function as a 'tease', giving the visitors a hint on the gallery's theme.

don't ever try that whenever you're doing a company's website.

a good and creative website... those who think the website is slow.. it is slow for a graphic website... to appreciate the graphic is to give full quality... speed is not a matter here...
