I like the light color and clean design.

Why the footer is more outstanding(red color) than the menu?
why use frames?
The header looks like something hit on the page... you know, heavy.. feel pressure...

cool...never thought of it too, why red, is the one the the corporate color that i thought of...smehow never thought that it so emphasis...

frame? erm...actually to avoid size above 800x600...
but em...not really know about frame in web, i heard many good webdesigner says to avoid using frame...

can tell me why? hope can gain new knowledge in web...

the header? em...i just thought of how the appearance from the begining it will be...so i decided to make it drop from the top...

frame is not search engine friendly, and it is ugly to have scroll bar in center part of the page. Since your content is not much, just simply let the content flow down.
