Its very well designed, the colors are chosen well. The fonts on the left panel are quite small, however...just enlarge it a bit.

Other than that, its very nice!

Very nice design. Looks professional. However, the graphic text at the top looks distorted and blur.

hehehe, thanks. Any other comments? Hmmh, beside the design, how about the navigation? I personally felt that it's a bit messy although i'm the one who design it >.<

I think the site navigation is pretty much a duplicate of iproperty.com.my.

Very nicely done.

Try optimising your info bot - www.google-analytics.com because it is slowing down the page load. Graphical font wise - can be further enhanced.
