This is my first website; I need some feedback on how to improve the look and feel of the site. The blog is about a collection of articles and guides on public speaking. I’m currently in the process of writing my own ebook. Its about public speaking which I intend to give out for free on this site. Any feedback is welcomed

I think is fine...but i think you started with too much ads.....maybe try to get reader first then increase the ads..

Thanks, yes they do but I dont have a page rank yet and the site is still low in the search results
