Hey all I just setup a Veterinary Forum for the pet owners and farmers to discuss their problems with the veterinarians. The site address is at:

You are most welcome to ask any questions regarding your pet's health: like what to do if your dog vomits? what if your cat doesn't want to eat? Is bird flu really that dangerous? Just ask to veterinarians, I'm sure they are willing to help.

Currently there are more than 10 Veterinarians in the forum. Although not much post yet (because it's new!), but I'm sure it is just a matter of time the forum will become a hot place to seek for free veterinary advice!

I just hope Malaysia Veterinary Forum will be the place where pet owners and farmers can seek for veterinary advice easily.

All those Doctors members are REAL Malaysian Veterinarian. There are more veterinarians will be registering and joining the forum. And in fact I myself is also a vet...

So if you want to look for some great tips in taking care of your lovely dogs, cats, birds, chickens, cows, or even snake, how about just take a look of the forum.. hopefully you might find something useful.

Ask the vet which dog or cat shampoo you should buy? Which dog food is good for your Labrador puppy? When you need to vaccinate them?

Tips: Apart from asking questions...get to know the vets too.. kawan-kawan lah...who knows you can get discount next time you visit them hehhe

Yes there is restriction. Some drugs can be dangerous or harmful to your pet. For example, Panadol is a common drug that we human take when we feel dizzy or headache. However if you give it to your sick cat, (without see the vet...probably just because you want to save money...).. you can actually KILL your cat! Cat cannot tolerate Panadol like we human do. In fact many cats have been hospitalize (and sadly sometimes they died) because their owner gave them Panadol..

It is best to consult your vet for medication.
