I must admit that I was hoping to see a nice site when I clicked on such a nice domain name.

I'm sorry to say that I was disappointed in every way.

Your website looks like a coder's mockup to demonstrate functionality and has obviously never had a designer involved. You have text so small that nobody can read it, your translation terms are all run-on and would be better in a table, alphabetically, and preferablly sortable by language - you even have links amongst it.

Sites like that give Adsense a bad name.

You should get a designer in, and someone who you can consult with about usability. Showing #123 for a job helps nobody - nobody knows your job numbers so there is no point in showing them. Better to show a location or some other useful detail.

The page itself is also rather large. Break up your content and use more pages.

Friend, I wish I can afford a designer.

Btw....its not easy to be on top of the SERPS while make everything look nice.

But I will consider to put the jobs details rather than job #123, that one I agree with u.

And vincevincevince, do you have any designer who can help me out? How much is the charges like?

Eric guy - I can see you ahv worked hard on this...

You can get a designer for about $100 to do a one page design that you can then carry-on for the rest of the site.

did you code the content management system yourself ? it's pretty impressive. if you're still looking for a designer, i'll be willing to help. just send a PM to my Yahoo, or MSN, or AIM, or Skype. I don't check the forum often.
