I start created my new web. It is about u/collage students and their 'x' community... This web site have no 'moderator', member can add/delete/modify articles, news or whatsoever..

What i mean is ex students...huhuu... the web completed.. only contents still not up because it should be entered by users.. they can freely add/ modify articles, news, links, blog...
It is good for them to create good or bad reputation..
