Since you are operating this website specifically for Malaysian kindergartens, you could probably advertise it in newspapers, or if you don't have the budget, you could distribute flyers. Besides that, try to get involved in online malaysian communities pertaining to children/parenting to get the right crowd (place a link to your site in your signature, if allowed).
