Remove the top 3 icons on the top right because they don't look like buttons and because you already have the text links which people would click on most.
Why the huge space on the search bar area? I'd recommend moving the login/create account beside the search bar. I'd remove the ad below the introduction because if your website isn't garnering enough traffic and is not getting enough sales, you shouldn't be implementing any obvious ads. At least place the ads in area that are less subtle. On the sidebar, I'd rearrange your items like this: 1. Currency 2. Shopping cart 3. Categories 4. New stuff 5. Best sellers (which I think there's a problem in Firefox) 6. 2CO Certified icon As for the single product page, when people click larger photo their expectation is an image more than 2 times the size of your thumbnail. Aim for a size 3-5 times. Don't put the reviews buttons if there aren't any reviews to read. The other thing I find daunting is the text size. I'm on a 1280 x 1024 and the text size is rather tiny to me. Use a minimum type size of 12px if you're defining the size by pixels. Hope all of that helps. Cheers.

Personally, I preferred the previous template. It just needed some customizing.
This new template looks great but usability wise, it fails in comparison with the previous template. Why I say this? 0. Your website identity needs to be bigger. Right now it blends in too much with the template. 1. There's too much noise. The header area is too heavy that you can only scan the menu and the laptop image. The links on the right are kinda hidden. 2. The previous template shopping cart was more obvious compared to the one now because it's kinda small. 3. You have redundant navigation. My Account and Customer Login take you to the same area. 4. Space out the banners on the right side because I thought the Creative 'more details' is connected to the Wireless router. 5. Your new template doesn't suit your product titles because when it's long it breaks your layout. Just to make things clear with everyone in case anyone feels I'm banging therion for fun.. I'm a website designer who focuses alot on usability and the reason I defy pre-made templates is because they might look nice to you but they do not help you in converting a sale. I'm also honest in reviews and I don't try to be nice. Even if it's a friend's website not done well, I'd be as straight forward as I am now. Members here who frequent LowYat forums Arts & Design would know me well. ![]() Hope that helps therion.
