The ads could mesh better (by putting ad unit instead of link unit) on the sidebar.

I think the color theme is poor. Dark gray background with black text is a big 'nono'. This site might help you to develop a better color scheme ( ColorCombos.com - Combo Library - Web Color Combinations Library )

The branding of the site is needed. Develop a logo, that give us an impression of your site (and better, a simple definition of what this site about).

Nice Site but abit cluttered at times. Also you may want to consider putting map links in your site. At least people will know how to get to the location.

You can try getting maps at streetdirectory.net.my. They have maps of Kuala Lumpur, Selangor & Johor. Good luck

Websites Made Simple is my Malaysia website design blog.

1) Font are too big. It makes the site looks cluttered.
2) The color are boring and dull, if possible, use white background with light bright color shades. This is an informative site, not a movie blog.
3) The columns are not properly alligned and sized. Some columns looks to narrow and some too wide, and no distinct line between columns making them look mesh together.
4) Dont highlight the text with black color. If you want to highligh text highligh the headings or links.
5) use some picture or graphics to spice up the site, it looks boring.
6) Change the logo, use your own logo, something simple but nice and one that can give a qucik impression of what your site are about.
7) If this is for your clinic, put you clinic address on the top and on the bottom, and like what firdhaus mentioned, use map.
8) Change the design of the left navigation links, use image, or use other font and background color with hover effect. The current look of the navigation doesnt look appealing, it looks something like the google adsense on the right.

I think what you need is to find a professional web designer to create you a new design. The function and content are nice, but the design really lets it down. For less than RM500 you should be able to have a nice template made which will make your site beautiful!

The final point is that your left column is in english, your middle content is in malay. There is no english version of the middle content and no malay version of the left content. I suggest you have a multilingual site and allow people to switch language if they want to.
