Neat directory and because you are not abusing putting lots of graphics o heavy layouts, it loads very fast.
I also like red over the white background, instead of blue that many people use in directories.

that blinking 'add site' thing is indeed irritating.
u probably need some description for each link instead of a full page of link farm. u should learn how to make SEO friendly url instead of using dynamic url. good start.... keep up with the good work
